Hey! I guess there’s nothing like a new blog to motivate me to post some Alaska photos! After all, I’ve got to keep up with my reputation of not posting photos until a few weeks (or even months) have passed by since they were taken, right?!? 
(Let’s hope that this nifty new blog will help remedy that bad habit a bit!)
One thing that really surprised me about Alaska was the bright green grass and colorful flowers everywhere. Granted…it was August…but I still didn’t expect such color. The images of Alaska we are accustomed to seeing tend to focus on the snow-covered landscape that is typical throughout much of the year. The lush greenery of summer in Alaska, however, is something we are seldom exposed to. There’s not much else I can say to describe just how colorful it really is, so I will just let the photos to do the talking for me!
